Requirements

• Must have retail & selling experience
• Must be computer literate
• Possess strong social & communication skills
• Be enthusiastic, energetic & motivated
• Team player, but able to work independently
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
• Able to build a sale through continued use of learned selling skills
• Flexible schedule, however, must be able to work weekends & minor holidays
• Must be able to clean/maintain their assigned showroom section
• Above average math skills are a plus

After the training provided, be able to:

• Sell our merchandise through excellent presentations, professional demeanor, & unparalleled product knowledge.
• Turn customers into clients by establishing and building rapport, trust and value.
• Greet customers in store, qualify & overcome any objections and close the sale.
• Explain finance promotions & process the customer’s credit application.
• Clean, correct paperwork
• Enter sales through the use of Point of Sale.
